Hello Frog Park friends!

This year for Earth Day, you can do something good for the Rockridge neighborhood by volunteering at the Frog Park Earth Day Cleanup, on Saturday, April 18th, 2026, from 9:00am to 12:00pm.

As part of this national community-based workday to take care of our parks and wild places, the Friends of the Rockridge-Temescal Greenbelt (FROG) is sponsoring this cleanup at our neighborhood park. This cleanup is family-friendly, for all ages, and FROG will supply tools and gloves, as well as snacks and coffee from generous Rockridge and Temescal merchants. Please bring your own water bottle (to reduce plastic waste). Together we’ll weed, trim, sweep, sift sand, rake leaves and eucalyptus, and spruce up the play structures. We’ll also clean up the dog park and basketball court. Students needing service hours for school can receive signatures on their forms. Sign in and be deployed by the Big Frog play structure.

Please join us to make this corner of the earth a bit brighter on Earth Day.
