Meet at Big FROG near Hardy Circle</h3>
<p><img src="http://ih.constantcontact.com/fs031/1102093017903/img/28.jpg" alt="Earth Day volunteers" name="ACCOUNT.IMAGE.28" width="154" height="132" align="left" border="0" hspace="9" vspace="9" />Join us for our family-oriented spring clean-up day held in conjunction with Oakland&#8217;s Earth Day events from 9am -12 noon. Come for half an hour or the entire morning.</p>
<div>Please bring work gloves and gardening tools, or use ours. Activities include playground cleaning, weeding, sweeping, sifting sand, and clearing the pond and creek bed (getting ready for the faux creek to flow).  Meet at Big FROG, Hardy Circle (near Miles and Hudson St/ Claremont Ave).Snacks and water provided for kids of all ages. Rain or shine.</div>

<p>Join your neighbors and friends for a bodacious festival to celebrate FROG Park from 12 noon to 2pm. Our lineup includes a juggler, magician, cowgirl with rope tricks, games, and Studio One face painters/crafts to entertain you.</p>
<p>Bring your family, kids and picnic lunch or purchase lunch from one of our food trucks. Big FROG (Hardy Circle near Miles) on April 21 between 12 noon and 2 p.m.</p>

<p>I’d like to invite you to a community meeting regarding the re-planting and re-landscaping of the creek area by the Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) parking lot.</p>
<p>Topic:             Claremont DMV Tree Replanting Community Meeting</p>
<p>Date:               Wednesday, November 30th, 2011</p>
<p>Time:               5:30 – 7:00pm</p>
<p>Location:         Rockridge Library Meeting Room, 5366 College Avenue Oakland , CA 94618</p>
<p>This summer the DMV cut down 9 mature trees in the creek area.</p>
<p>This meeting is to get community input on what should be included in the plan to replant and re-landscape the area. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Rockridge-Temescal Greenbelt was created in 2001, culminating years of community effort. More than 1,600 volunteer members of the Rockridge-Temescal Community planned and physically built the structures. FROG Park has since become a central community feature.</p>
<p>Hardy and Redondo playgrounds are focal points for children and families. Walkers stroll the connecting greenbelt path, which is fully accessible for the disabled.</p>
